Metcalf Makers
Students learn the basics of entrepreneurship, meet local entrepreneurs, and product design/mass production as they launch the Metcalf Makers Shop. This course will help prepare students for careers, enhancing practical life skills.

Learning Experiences
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Students self-assess their own entrepreneurial potential, meet with local business owners, and learn the basics of starting a business from scratch.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Students develop products and services by collecting and analyzing data to determine if potential customers want or need their products or services.
METCALF MAKER SHOP
Students develop a business plan, do market research, design, produce, price and market products for the Metcalf Maker Shop.
